Fujitsu KR Series ceiling-mounted air conditioners have been named "Best Product of the Year" in the international "Plus X Award 2021" competition. This is the first award for the Fujitsu brand in the 18-year history of this competition.

The Plus X Award 2021, which is sponsored by Media Society Networks, a German advertising and marketing company, aims to honor the best products and services from around the world in the three areas of technology, sports and lifestyle. The Fujitsu KR line of ceiling-mounted air conditioners was rated highest in terms of both quality, design, ease of use and functionality, winning the title of 'Best Product of the Year' in the 'Sanitary and Air Conditioning Equipment' category.

KR Series ceiling air conditioners by Fujitsu are characterized by a light and elegant design and the rounded surfaces of the unit's casing create a unique three-dimensional effect. The KR Series is also characterized by flexible installation thanks to the possibility of routing the condensate hose and piping under the casing and leading it outside on the sides or from the bottom of the unit. A new installation system based on special brackets considerably simplifies the operations connected with the installation of an air conditioner, whereas the fact that the front panel does not have to be dismantled translates into a safe and quick service of the unit. Fujitsu KR Series R32 air conditioners are available in 9 sizes: from 5.2kW up to 13.4kW, which makes them an ideal solution for large rooms, such as open space offices or customer service bays. Devices in cooling mode operate in A++ class (for Standard version) or A+ (for Economy version).
