Klima-Therm Group at the CHILLVENTA 2022 trade fair [media report]

Added on: 21.10.2022
In October, Klima-Therm Group exhibited at one of the world's largest trade fairs dedicated to the HVACR industry – the CHILLVENTA trade show organised in Nuremberg for over a decade. Today, we bring you highlights and photos from the event.

According to the organiser, the seventh edition of CHILLVENTA attracted 844 exhibitors from as many as 43 countries and an impressive number of more than 30,000 visitors, who, after a four-year hiatus caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, once again were given a chance to meet face-to-face, exchange their knowledge, experience and, most importantly, learn about the newest technological trends.

At a stand of 100 m2, located in Hall 4A inside the modern NürnbergMesse complex, Klima-Therm Group showcased the latest air conditioning, ventilation and heating solutions from its own KAISAI and Klimor brands.

Klimor introduced visitors to a range of compact units for commercial and residential applications. Among them was the EVO S-Compact air handling unit with a high-performance plate heat exchanger, with a skeleton design and a metal casing with a Magnelis coating. Two Plug&Play Ready products represented residential solutions: the EVO-T+ suspended air handling unit for installation in ceiling voids and a new product that will be launched on the Polish market at the end of 2022 – the BLAST recuperator. BLAST, a unit which uses an EPP design, is equipped with a counterflow heat recovery exchanger, a WiFi module as standard and space for two air filters on the air supply side. Moreover, the recuperator is fitted with an innovative system against frost formation designed for the exchanger and an electricity consumption meter.

In Nuremberg, the KAISAI brand showcased solutions from the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) segment, such as split-type and monoblock air-to-water heat pumps which use the R32 refrigerant and a new product in the range – the KHX series of monoblock heat pumps which use the natural R290 refrigerant known as propane. KAISAI's RES products also included PV modules, inverters, and brand-new energy storage systems. Air-conditioning products from the RAC and LCAC segments included the FLY and ECO wall-mounted units, as well as numerous new products, such as the ProHEAT and HOT air conditioners designed for heating and the GEO and ONE+ models. The KAISAI air-conditioning units on display also included typically commercial products: the KFS stand-alone air conditioner and the KUE floor/ceiling model.

The Klima-Therm Group's presence at CHILLVENTA 2022 ended with a specialist presentation. As part of the "Specialist Forum" panel, Paweł Deska, Technical Director at Klima-Therm, gave an expert presentation on solutions used in supporting the modernisation of buildings in terms of minimising energy losses and improving energy efficiency, taking into account the replacement of heat sources with efficient and non-emitting devices. The main topic of the lecture was KAISAI heat pumps which use the environmentally friendly refrigerant known as R290 and the discussion of the relevant regulations and introduced changes.

CHILLVENTA is the second trade fair this year, alongside Mostra Convegno held in Milan, in which Klima-Therm Group participated as an exhibitor. Klima-Therm's presence at Europe's largest exhibition arenas is part of the company's business strategy to further boost sales in foreign markets. In 2021 alone, the company's sales exceeded EUR 40 million and more than doubled compared to 2017.

The next event in which Klima-Therm Group will take part will be the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt am Main (13-17 March 2023).
