Klima-Therm Group’s overview of 2018

On 11 January this year, at Holiday Inn Hotel in Józefów near Warsaw, Klima-Therm Group’s internal sales conference was held – Overview of 2018, Plans for 2019. The conference was attended by the management, the entire sales structure, representatives of sales support departments and representatives of foreign companies belonging to the Group.


The annual conference functions primarily as an official culmination and overview of the sales year of Klima-Therm Group. The 2018/19 conference, which took place on 11 January in Józefów near Warsaw, was attended by the management, employees belonging to the sales structure of both Klima-Therm and Klimor companies, representatives of all sales support departments, as well as foreign guests – representatives of affiliated companies, such as FG Nordic (Sweden), FG Finland (Finland), KAISAI (Euro) GmbH (Germany) and Klimor USA. With as many as 163 participants, this year’s event was the largest internal conference of the Sales Department in the history of the company, which results from the increase in employment, as well as the consequence of the intensive development of Klima-Therm Group as an organization; the event was attended for the first time by employees of Clima-Produkt, Barbor and Quatrovent – companies currently operating under the Klimor brand.

The final part of the sales conference was the award ceremony for the best traders in 2018 and the announcement of the results of the individual competition which came with an attractive main prize – a team-building trip to the West Coast of the United States.

The Sales Department Conference – Overview of 2018, Plans for 2019 – was hosted by Daniel Jaśkiewicz, President of the Management Board of Klima-Therm Group and Andrzej Walendowicz, Vice President and Sales Director.
