Klima-Therm Launches a Series of Practical Technical Training Sessions for FUJITSU Authorized Service Partners

In January, Klima-Therm launched a series of practical technical training sessions dedicated to its cooperating FUJITSU Authorized Service Partners. As part of a special training programme delivered in Düsseldorf – the European headquarters of the Japanese manufacturer – several dozen technicians will take part in hands-on workshops focused on FUJITSU diagnostics and servicing, as well as learn about the latest products and their competitive advantages in the market.

The first group of Authorized Service Partners visited Düsseldorf on 12–14 January. At the modern FUJITSU GENERAL European Training Centre, participants explored practical service topics related to Split and VRF systems, and gained insight into the benefits and installation configuration options of R32 monobloc heat pumps.

One of the key elements of the programme was working with the Service Monitoring Tool, during which different operating modes and settings were simulated to observe their impact on unit performance in both heating and cooling modes, while analysing the parameters of the entire refrigeration circuit. Participants also connected and configured optional accessories dedicated to air conditioning units. In addition to the practical part, Klima-Therm’s technical and sales representatives discussed important aspects of using the KTG.pl documentation portal, a tool that supports HVAC technicians in their day-to-day work.

The training programme in Düsseldorf also included a tour of a modern product showroom, giving Klima-Therm’s service partners the opportunity to explore the latest additions to the FUJITSU portfolio. It was also a unique chance to exchange experience with technical specialists from one of the world’s leading HVAC manufacturers, which has been part of the Paloma Rheem Holdings capital group since August 2025. Equally important, the multi-day training served as a valuable platform for sharing industry experience among the Service Partners themselves.

Klima-Therm’s training programme for Authorized Service Partners (ASP), delivered at the European headquarters of FUJITSU GENERAL, will continue until March.
