We treat all our employees with respect, and we want them to work effectively and safely. We employ on the basis of an employment contract. Once every six months, each employee receives feedback on his or her work according to a job evaluation system linked to a bonus system. We enable participation in internal recruitment, as well as career building opportunities in other companies within the Group.
We work with the use of modern tools – computers, phones or cars are replaced on average every three years. Klima-Therm Group has a modern and ecological fleet of over 120 hybrid cars at its disposal. We make every effort to ensure that our offices are well equipped and ergonomic, with convenient social facilities. Every morning, employees are welcomed with a freshly brewed coffee!
Klima-Therm Group’s training budget makes it possible to finance university studies or the acquisition of new skills at chosen courses or training workshops. The Group also organises numerous internal and external training courses. Our employees continuously expand their product knowledge at the Klima-Therm Academy. We learn both in a group and individually!
We like to have a pleasant time together also outside of work. Our employees take part in joint sports activities, team-building events, Christmas get-togethers, periodic company meetings – and not always in a formal setting. We are all on a first-name basis. We know that we are all different and we appreciate everyone’s individualism and independence!

The Group looks after the health of all employees and the atmosphere at work, providing the employees with gym membership cards and additional medical healthcare packages. We organise sports and health-oriented campaigns, competitions and charity events for the benefit of others. Fruit, coffee and tea are available in our kitchens on a daily basis, while on special business and holiday occasions we like to enjoy sweet delicacies together.
