The building of the Dialogue Centre is located in the Ba?uty district of ??d?, in the north-eastern section of the Survivors Park. As part of the investment works, the facility was equipped with an air conditioning system based on solutions offered by the Fujitsu brand. In the two-storey building, air comfort is provided by 5 centrally managed Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II and J-II systems (6 outdoor modules, 23 ducted indoor units), with a total cooling capacity of 129 kW. ?Dom Rencisty? nursing home is one of the few centres in the Mazowieckie Province which have the permit of the Mazowieckie Provincial Governor to operate, within the framework of its statutory activity, an institution providing round-the-clock care to disabled, chronically ill or elderly people.

The fan coil units are controlled by means of remote controls built into the device. Klima-Therm KCX suspended air handling units were also installed in the building. The choice of Klima-Therm Group?s tender was largely determined by the record-breaking short delivery time of the equipment, as the investor received the required devices already two weeks after placing the order, which undoubtedly distinguishes the company from the options offered by other manufacturers and distributors.

The headquarters of the Podkarpacki Regional Branch of the National Health Fund (NFZ) in Rzesz?w are located in a tenement house built in 1892?1894, designed according to the principles of Vienna Art Nouveau architecture.

The office rooms of Rzesz?w?s NFZ are air-conditioned by means of a system consisting of 5 outdoor units and 67 indoor units individually controlled by wireless remote controls. Additionally, for each set of devices, a wired controller was used to program the work priority. The air conditioning system works in cooling mode and in heating mode during transition periods. The cooling capacity of the entire system is 168 kW.

O?rodek Pami?? i Przysz?o?? (Centre for Remembrance and Past) is a state cultural institution which aims to promote Polish national heritage and popularise Polish post-WWII history and culture.

Fujitsu Airstage J-IIS comfort air conditioning systems were installed in the Zajezdnia History Centre building, consisting of 10 outdoor units and 32 indoor cassette units. Fujitsu Airstage V-III systems, Fujitsu Split units and Fujitsu direct evaporation condensing units were installed in the administrative building.

The building on Hetma?ska Street was completely redesigned and rebuilt for the purposes of the District Public Prosecutor?s Office in Rzesz?w.

The design of the HVACR installation took into account the use of Fujitsu and Klima-Therm by Clint devices. The Airstage VRF V-II system, which was installed in the facility, consists of 10 outdoor units supporting 134 wall-mounted indoor units with ion and polyphenol filters. The investment carried out by Klima-Therm Group for RWE Polska concerned the modernisation of the office building of the company?s headquarters located at W?odarzewska Street. As part of the project, the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II system was installed in the facility, consisting of 2 AJY144LALH units connected with 20 indoor units (wall-mounted and cassette) and 1 AJY144LALH unit together with automation intended for the air handling unit.

The building of the District Court in Kielce on Seminaryjska Street was modernised in the course of the first stage of investment works, which was then followed by the extension of a new wing with an area of approx. 3,500 m² for criminal and penitentiary division, courtrooms and reading rooms.

Currently, the modernised and extended court building in Kielce, with the total usable area of nearly 9,000 m², is equipped with the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II air conditioning system, consisting of 12 outdoor units and 168 indoor units with a total capacity of 423 kW in cooling mode.

The new building of the District Court in Bydgoszcz has a total area of over 5,500 m2 of courtrooms and administrative areas.

The air conditioning system installed in the court building located at ul. Toru?ska uses 11 Fujitsu Airstage V-II and J-II outdoor comfort air conditioning units, combined with 132 indoor cassette and wall-mounted units. The facility also received 3 VRF V-II units for air handling units, and the Fujitsu Split air conditioning system for the server room.

The building consists of 7 storeys, with 3 lower storeys designed on a square plan, with the remaining 4 storeys designed on the plan of the cross.

The court was equipped with air conditioning, which covers all the office rooms (judges? rooms, attorney-at-laws? rooms, administrative rooms), courtrooms and technical rooms (server rooms). The supply of devices was entrusted to Klima-Therm Group, which provided the investor with a solution consisting of 18 Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II systems, 2 VRF J-II systems, as well as Fujitsu Split (8 units) and Multi Split air conditioners (1 unit). The facility was equipped with 39 VRF system units and 9 outdoor units for Split devices, which together serve 235 indoor wall-mounted units (189 units) and ceiling units (46 units). The system is controlled through a central control system. The investment was carried out in two stages (in 2012, and in 2013). The choice of Klima-Therm Group?s offer was determined, among others, by the quick delivery of the required equipment.

The scope of the investment included the expansion of the main stage of the Capitol Theatre and the construction of the small stage with a recording studio. Reconstruction began with the demolition of the former Centre club, garages and adjacent structures surrounding the historic theatre building.

After the demolition works, only the historical pedway remained, which is a remnant of the building erected in 1929. In addition, the former Odra-Film building was integrated into the new Capitol theatre building. The total area of the theatre after conversion is 18,000 m2. The foyer of the ground floor, the pedway and the auditorium of the Big Stage have been carefully renovated to preserve the workmanship carried out in modernist style. The investment worth over PLN 120 million was financed from the EU funds and with the support of the city of Wroc?aw. During the complete reconstruction of the building, an air conditioning system supplied by Klima-Therm Group was installed in the Capitol Theatre. The system of 5 chillers by Klima-Therm by Clint, dedicated to air conditioning of usable areas together with main and small stages, also supplies the coolers of the air handling units operating in the building. Freon systems based on 2 Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II outdoor units cool the technical rooms such as the control booth or sound system rooms. Twelve sets of Fujitsu Split air conditioners were supplied for server rooms and cable distribution cabinets.

The new headquarters of the Technical Inspection Offices (UDT) in Bia?ystok are housed in a three-storey building with offices and conference rooms.

As a notified body, it carries out certification and training activities. The Gliwice branch of UDT located at Robotnicza Street is housed in a four-storey building with the area of 2,100 m² and cubic volume of 7,000 m³.

The Marshal Office of the Lubuskie Province is located close to the centre of Zielona G?ra, close to the City Office and the Lubuskie Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund.

 Airstage VRF V-II system consisting of 3 units (AJYA72LALH, AJYA90LALH, AJY126LALH) serving 45 indoor wall-mounted units was installed in the building. Devices are controlled using wired and wireless remote controls and a central controller.

The 12-storey building of the Lublin City Office located at Wieniawska Street, built at the end of the 1980s, undergoes systematic modernisation works in order to adapt the building to the current needs of officials and Lublin residents.

Office premises, with an area of nearly 3,500 m2, were provided with the Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II air conditioning system comprising 10 AJY144LALH outdoor units and 167 indoor compact wall-mounted and wall-mounted units. As the original purpose of the rooms on the second floor was altered, the project also included partial disassembly of the already existing system based on equipment provided by a competitive brand.

Siechnice is located in the Lower Silesian Province in Wroc?aw Poviat. The Siechnice gmina borders Wroc?aw to the north and the Odra river to the north-east. The Suwa?ki Town Hall is located in a historic building erected in the first half of the 19th century.

The building was built in a neoclassical style, with an observation tower adorned with a clock face. As a result of renovation works, air conditioning was installed in the building, based on Fujitsu devices. Two VRF V-III comfort air conditioning systems were designed for the conference room and attic rooms, while the office rooms were provided with Multi Split 8 system with wall-mounted and cassette indoor units.

The current seat of the Residents Services Department is located in a new, thoroughly modernised building with an area of more than 3,500 m2. Thanks to this investment, the department, which receives about 700 customers a day, offers a much higher standard of service to the inhabitants of Bia?ystok and local entrepreneurs.

The Fujitsu Airstage VRF J-I system was the one to fulfil the restrictive design specifications related to the permissible amount of refrigerant in the installation, which was one of the decisive advantages of Klima-Therm?s offer compared to the solutions offered by competing companies. The Fujitsu VRF J-I system fitted in the building consists of 26 outdoor units supporting 144 indoor units controlled individually and using group controllers. The units can operate in cooling or heating mode.

The investment was carried out as part of the modernisation of the administrative building of the Social Insurance Institution in W?gr?w.

The solution proposed by Klima-Therm Group combined 2 AJY144LALH outdoor units in one Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-II cooling system in order to increase its total maximum capacity. The combined outdoor units, with a cooling capacity of 90 kW, serve 25 indoor units.

The historic complex of the buildings belonging to the Monastery of the Sister Canonesses Regular of the Order of Pr?montr?, commonly known as Norbertines, takes its name from its founder ? Saint Norbert. The convent is listed among the oldest in Poland. It is one of the last two functioning Norbertine monasteries in Poland (next to the Convent of the Norbertine Sisters in Krak?w located in Salwator). The building is a rare and exceptionally valuable treasury of the centuries-old spiritual and cultural heritage of the Norbertine Order in Poland.

The monastery is equipped with a comfort air conditioning system based on Fujitsu solutions.
