The Klima-Therm Group is pleased to present the latest edition of its flagship publication, “Company Profile and Annual Report 2024,” which comprehensively summarizes the company's activities over the past year. This regular publication, which has been produced continuously since 2009, contains an overview of key achievements, market challenges and development directions, as well as condensed consolidated financial statements.
The year 2024 was a period of intensive work for the Klima-Therm Group and effective use of its potential where new opportunities arose. The company closed this period with revenues of PLN 585 million, achieving very good sales results in key product categories, in particular in the split air conditioner segment, which recorded dynamic growth.
One of the successes of the past year was the significant increase in the Klima-Therm Group's involvement in foreign markets, with exports accounting for 41% of total sales. The Group's own brands, KAISAI and KLIMOR, are already present in over 40 countries in Europe and North America, gradually strengthening their competitive position. The Group is successfully developing sales in promising market segments, such as VRF systems and compact air handling units, responding to the growing demand for modern, energy-efficient HVACR solutions.
ESG issues took on particular importance in 2024. The company intensified its efforts to formalize its sustainable development strategy, preparing the organization to meet the requirements of the CSRD directive and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). To this end, a value chain analysis was conducted, key stakeholders were identified, and internal competencies necessary for transparent non-financial reporting were developed. The measures taken are an important step towards further strengthening the foundations of a responsible and modern management model.
As emphasized by the President of the Management Board of the Klima-Therm Group, Daniel Jaśkiewicz:
"The year 2024 brought further challenges for the HVACR industry, but also new opportunities. Thanks to the flexibility and synergy of our own brands, we have strengthened our position on international markets. It was a time of conscious development, bold decisions, and investments in the future. We are consistently developing our exports, implementing innovative technologies and strengthening the foundations of responsible business, as reflected in our efforts to formalize and implement our ESG strategy. These directions – ESG, exports and own brands – will shape the further growth of the Klima-Therm Group."
