Sales Technical Adviser

As a result of the Group’s dynamic development, in order to strengthen the employee teams in companies belonging to Klima-Therm Group, the following positions are currently available for experienced candidates:

 

Position: Technical and Sales Consultant

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of sales plans through direct selling, investment projects in cooperation with designers, general contractors, and investors.
  • Active and systematic penetration of the construction investment market.
  • Delivery of technical consultancy to our customers (selection of equipment and system solutions in the area of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration).
  • Participation in trade negotiations, agreement signing.
  • Coordination of the order handling process in cooperation with the company's headquarters.
  • Participation in marketing and training projects implemented in the company.

 

Our activities are carried out via commercial structures concentrated in the following provinces:

  • In northern Poland: Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Lubuskie
  • In central Poland: Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Podlaskie, Warmińsko- mazurskie,
  • In southern Poland: Dolnośląskie, Opolskie, Śląskie, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie, Lubelskie

 

Our job offers are addressed to candidates with the following competencies:

  • Higher education (preferred: air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, environmental engineering, mechanics and machine design, automation and related studies)
  • Experience in sales in the air conditioning and ventilation industry.
  • Confirmed commercial effectiveness.
  • Cat B driving licence and ability to drive a car on a daily basis.
  • Considerable commercial predispositions (communication skills, ability to present oneself and the product, ability to independently acquire customers and investment projects, high target orientation and effectiveness of sales closing)
  • Perfect working time organisation skills and independence in working time planning (the work takes place in the task-oriented working time)
  • Willingness to develop and high motivation to achieve goals / target orientation in action.

 

We provide:

  • Employment on the basis of an employment contract with an attractive basic pay + quarterly commission dependent on the degree of budget execution.
  • High independence and ability to organise and perform work in the task-oriented working time.
