The unique design makes the dehumidifiers suitable for use both on land and at sea. The CR80B model is widely used in wind turbines characterised by average humidity levels.
The CR240BW and CR400BW models are designed for locations with particularly high humidity levels.
The special design of the Cotes Wind adsorption dryers prevents the blockage of the filter in the air by the wet, saline air characteristic of the region in the seaside. The large filter and filter cassette have an exceptionally long service life, selected to match the intervals between service intervals. The design of the dryer assumes that the air present in the air with a relative humidity of less than 70% is in the form of crystals, which can then be retained in the filter. This reduces the negative effect of salt on the dryer itself, as well as on the wind turbine and gondola.
