Klima-Therm consists of several affiliated enterprises specialising in manufacturing and distribution. Klima-Therm Group successfully implements its business activities both in Poland and abroad, including in Scandinavia, countries of the Baltic region, and the USA. The Group’s key affiliated enterprises operating on the Polish market are: Klima-Therm, a distributor of freon air conditioning and chilled water systems, as well as producers of air conditioning systems and HVACR components: Klimor, Clima-Produkt and Barbor. By means of FG Nordic, Skiab, FG Finland and FG Baltics enterprises, Klima-Therm Group supplies premium-class air conditioning equipment dedicated to the specific needs of customers in Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Klimor USA Inc is responsible for the sale of air conditioning and ventilation systems in North America.

For the last 20 years, Klima-Therm has been active in the HVACR sector (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning Refrigeration) as the General Representative of the Japanese company Fujitsu General in Poland. The Company provides innovative air-conditioning, ventilation, cooling and heating solutions. The flagship brands from the premium segment distributed by Klima-Therm include: Fujitsu, Klima-Therm by Clint and Klima-Therm by Sabiana. The product portfolio also includes Klima-Therm’s own brand of air conditioners – Kaisai economical solutions. The Company’s extensive portfolio includes Split and Multi Split air conditioning units, Airstage VRF systems, chilled water systems, fan coil units, heat pumps, recuperators and air curtains.

Klima-Therm Group’s competitive edge is down to combining production and distribution of the highest-quality equipment of a wide variety, which in turn guarantees flexibility in relation to the needs and requirements of all segments of customers, such as investors, general contractors, HVACR system designers and contractors as a whole. The company, with its main headquarters located in Toruń, began its operation in 1996. A year later, Klima-Therm acquired a strategic partner in the distribution of air conditioning systems of the well-known Japanese brand Fujitsu, which contributed to Klima-Therm achieving the leading position in the overall sales of air conditioning products in Poland. The purchase of Klimor shares in 2010 is the second milestone on route to the organisation’s success, which expanded its competencies in the area of production. Moreover, Klimor strengthened the market position of the capital group by adding ventilation solutions to its product portfolio. In 2018, Klima-Therm became an owner of two other production companies: Clima-Produkt and Barbor. This was another important step in building a comprehensive portfolio of HVACR solutions, and offering customers a wide range of solutions tailored to diverse needs.
