According to the decision of the Management Board of Klima-Therm Capital Group, as of 2 January 2019, Klimor Sp. z o.o. will become the owner of Quatrovent Sp. z o.o. distribution company, which since 2007 has been conducting the sale of air handling units and recuperation equipment on the Polish market.

Klima-Therm has expanded its vehicle fleet with 13 new Volkswagen Transporter delivery and utility vans. Currently, Klima-Therm Group’s vehicle fleet comprises more than 160 passenger cars and delivery vans.

The Management Board of Klima-Therm Capital Group has decided to consolidate its production activities by merging the companies of Clima-Produkt and Barbor, purchased in June this year, with the Klimor enterprise. After the merger, which will take place on 2 January 2019, there will be one large manufacturer of air-conditioning and ventilation systems operating on the market under the KLIMOR brand, combining the resources and activities of all the three entities. Thanks to the synergy effect, Klima-Therm Group will have a greater competitive edge in the ventilation industry, and will strengthen its production potential.

In November, Klima-Therm delivered the first series of lectures addressed to HVACR system designers. The lectures took place in all three training centres of the Klima-Therm Academy and had the form of business breakfasts combined with a substantive panel headed by product engineers from Poland and abroad. More than 80 people took part in this networking event.

On 29th of October in Izumi Sushi restaurant in Warsaw the first out of six planned at the turn of the year meetings with air conditioning and ventilation systems manufacturers was held. The event series dedicated to one of the key KLIMA-THERM and KLIMOR customer circle is held in a convention of a themed evening meeting devoted to the Japanese cuisine and culture.

KLIMA-THERM has been named as a National Champion in The European Business Awards sponsored by RSM International. This prestigious award ranks KLIMA-THERM among a group of 45 Polish companies awarded in terms of outstanding business achievements in the area of innovation, ethics and financial success. KLIMA-THERM has been actively involved in the realization of its original project called ?Technical Universities with KLIMA-THERM? for more than 7 years now. In May and June this year, KLIMA-THERM realized the second edition of "La Dolce Vita" meetings with designers of air conditioning systems referring to the country of origin of the CLINT brand - one of the key brands included in the company?s portfolio of products.

On 12-13 April 2011, at the Warsaw Polytechnic, the Engineering Job Fair was held, organized by the BEST Student Association.

Between 29th and 30th March at GROMADA Congress Centre seated in Warsaw took place the 9th Edition of ?Ventilation Forum - Air Conditioning Show 2011?- the biggest Polish specialist exhibition demonstrating state-of-the-art ventilation and air conditioning technology. The ?Forum? also constitutes a kind of platform to share knowledge and experience as well as a place to meet manufacturers, importers, distributors, designers and contractors dealing with HVAC systems.

On 15-16 March 2011 in the courtyard of Gdansk University of Technology KLIMA-THERM Group took part in the second edition of Engineering Job Fairs organized by the Students Association BEST.

KLIMA-THERM Company, established in 1996, is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its operation on the Polish market. On this solemn occasion, on 4th March, we held a Jubilee KLIMA-THERM Gala in Ossa Congress & SPA Hotel in Rawa Mazowiecka. On February 16-18th, 2011 Gda?sk hosted the sixth edition of the Warm Baltic Hotel Equipment Fair, which took place at the Gda?sk International Fair (MTG) facilities. It was the first fair initiative on the hotel industry before the season take-off. Simultaneously, MTG was equally proud to host the XVI Fair of Gastronomy and Stores Equipment and Supply GASTROEXPO, with the XIV Bakery, Confectionery and Ice-Creaming Industry Fair being held alongside.

KLIMA-THERM S.A. reached an agreement with the majority shareholder of ?KLIMOR? - Gda?ska Stocznia ?Remontowa? (?Remontowa? Group) - concerning the acquisition of KLIMOR?s entire business activity. The overtake was completed in December 2010.

On October 13-15, 2010 Nurnberg hosted for the second time the International Specialized Fair on Cooling, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heat Pumps - Chillventa 2010. This year?s fair edition broke the all-time high record for the number of exhibitors, which this year reached amazing 900, originating from as many as 40 countries. Between 6th and 9th October 2010, Helsinki, Finland hosted International Construction Trade Fair FinnBUILD.

From 29 September till 1 October 2010 will be held in Warsaw The 3rd International Hotel Facilities Equipment Trade Fair World Hotel 2010 - the only meeting taking place in Poland with representatives from the accommodation industry and suppliers offering products, services and solutions for lodging houses of different standards.

According to the latest BSRIA report for the Polish air conditioning market in 2009, FUJITSU brand products are the undisputed leader in terms of sales volume in all three key categories of equipment - RAC (up to 5 kW), PAC (above 5 kW) and type of VRF systems, ahead of the other leading Japanese producers.

Spring meetings of Authorized Distributors of Fujitsu organized by the KLIMA-THERM company constitute a tradition cultivated for many years. On 21st April this year the Environmental Engineering Department of Warsaw Polytechnic hosted a grand opening of the first KLIMA-THERM trade room located in the territory of the Heating and Air Conditioning Institute. Between 7th and 10th April 2010, Tallinn, Estonia hosted 14th International Construction Trade Fair ESTBUILD 2010 that symbolically open the construction season in that country every year. There were over 200 companies from 7 European countries including Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Poland and , for the first time, Turkey exhibiting their products on the surface of 10 000 m2.

Between 12th and 14th April 2010 Sydney hosted a trade fair gathering leading producers, distributors and representatives of the Cooling, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning or Construction and Installation trades.

Nordbygg 2010 Trade Fair - the biggest trade event in Scandinavia - taking place biannually in Stockholm was participated by almost 60 000 visitors.

We hereby wish to inform You that from the of January 2010 KLIMA-THERM Group introduced some key changes regarding the operation of the company as well as its strategic development. On 1 December in Warsaw in the NOWY ?WAT Banking and Finance Center, the VIII All-Polish Conference was organized by the editorial office of the Chlodnictwo i Klimatyzacja magazine.

On 19th November this year an official opening of the new FG NORDIC headquarters speaking volumes for the entire KLIMA-THERM Group and combined with the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the company was held. The modern building with the surface area of 2500m2 and including offices, a warehouse as well as the Academy is located in Partille in Goeteborg.

It was between 6th and 10th October when KLIMA-THERM invited the Distributors of Fujitsu air conditioners awarded for the highest level of sales in 2008 who had a chance to experience unforgettable moments in a country that intrigues with its culture, exoticism, picturesque landscapes and monuments testifying to its great history.

In September this year the KLIMA-THERM company started another series of meetings with air conditioning system designers called Japanese Evening with KLIMA-THERM.

This year again KLIMA-THERM Company participates in a series of events called 'Elblag Culture Summer' held in July and August. Our brand is going to accompany a lot of culture and entertainment events that will take place during this period of time.

The series of meetings with designers of air conditioning systems taking place from March to June has come to an end. This year's Annual Meeting of Fujitsu General Distributors in Poland, hosted by KLIMA-THERM company, was held in Verde Montana Wellness & Spa Hotel in Kudowa Zdr?j between 24th and 26th April.

Traditionally in March KLIMA-THERM takes part in Job Trade Fair held by various student associations in major Polish technical universities in Gda?sk, Wroclaw and Szczecin. On 26-28 of January 2009 in Chicago, the AHR EXPO Exposition was held at McCormick Place Convention Center. The exposition is one of the world's largest HVAC&R trade show, what has been confirmed, among others, by the number of exhibitors, which was 1850 participants from 33 countries, among whom 400 introduced proecological products. The fairs were visited by around 60 000 installation, maintenance service and distribution professionals.

Yet again this prestigious award of the 'Puls Biznesu' daily goes to our company confirming its membership of an elite club of 'Gazele Biznesu' - a group of the most rapidly growing Polish companies. We received the certificate for rapid and sustainable development in the last three years. While assessing all companies the editorial team of the daily as well as Coface Poland paid special attention to their business reliability and clarity.

International HVAC Trade Fair was held in Nuremberg between 15 and 17 October, 2008 and hosted as many as 810 exhibitors who presented their products on the surface area of 32.338m2.

Between 12th and 14th of September this year the 5th HVACR regatta was held in Wilkasy near Gi?ycko. It was participated by representatives of the ventilation and air conditioning trade from all over Poland. 25 crews facing cold and sometimes rainy weather on the Niegocin lake in the Mazurian region took part in the event and the jury was led by Mr Jan Kurowicki.

On 5th September this year a regatta called ' KLIMAtic Match Race' was held in Sopot. The event was organized by KLIMA-THERM company with the cooperation of Sopot Match Racing Center and targeted at all leading suppliers of the Fujitsu brand in Poland.

On the 30th of May at the Haffner Hotel in Gdansk training for the designers of HVACR systems took place. During the successive seminar there were introduced VRF Fujitsu systems and their adaptation to buildings and Clint brand products together with the selection system. A wide range of issues related to the newest technologies of Fujitsu air-conditioner production was presented to the participants.

On 28th May one of the buildings of Warsaw Technical University - the Air Conditioning and Heating Unit held Science Conference 'New Techniques in Air Conditioning and Heating'. It was organized by the Air Conditioning and Heating Unit of the Environment Engineering Department of Warsaw Technical University with the cooperation of the Board of General Polish Association of Engineers and Sanitary Technicians. The conference turned out to be a common ground for exchanging experiences and information between the academic and scientific circles and experts in the trade.

Between 12th and 19th May 2008 KLIMA-THERM organized a trip to Japan for Authorized Distributors of Fujitsu devices who achieve the highest level of sales and involvement in the development and improvement of the Fujitsu brand's position on the Polish market.

On 14th of May 2008 in Campaniele Hotel in Szczecin took place training for designers. It had been another seminar from cycle of trainings dedicated to HVACR designers. There had been demontrated VRF Fujitsu systems as well as the complete selection of devices to the participants. Moreover, there was presented the range and selection of CLINT ice water systems products.

The editorial office of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning organized a conference during which several projects, issues and technical solutions were presented.

The opening ceremony of the Klima-Therm Academy took place on November 22nd of the current year in the Company's building on Budowlanych 48 street in Gdansk.

The event has been divided into: the International Trade Fair of Food Products and Catering Polagra-Food and the International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech held simultaneously.

On 14-16 September this year. 4th regatta of the air-conditioning industry took place. In Wilkasy near Gi?ycko representatives of companies from the ventilation and air conditioning industry from all over Poland met.

On August 30, Elbl?g II Holiday Cabaret was held. Depression Depression - an original cultural event with a national rank. During the festival, the cabaret from all over Poland came to the geographical capital of depression.

From 13th to 15th of April 2007, the annual Fujitsu General Dealers Meeting took place in Mragowo. This was already 9th edition, which had gathered almost 200 guests from the whole Poland. The all-Polish fair for ventilation and air-conditioning branch specialists will be held on 20th - 21st of March in GROMADA Congress Center in Warsaw. Air-conditioning showroom is one of the biggest exhibitions in Poland which introduces nothing except ventilation and air-conditioning technology.
