CRP dehumidifiers are designed for process air dehumidification, i.e. for applications requiring the maintenance of a low dew point or deep dehumidification parameters.
For these applications, the dehumidifier is often equipped with a precooler and/or final cooler. Process dehumidification requires very reliable equipment, which is why the CRP series takes advantage of the highest quality components and the latest solutions. CRP series dehumidifiers have been designed for air dehumidification in technological processes.
Process drying is usually the process of drying the outside air to a low dew point. This often requires the use of a precooler, which is the first stage of dehumidification, and then a CRP dehumidifier to achieve a low dew point (a considerable absolute humidity difference is required).
An additional air cooler can be installed downstream the dehumidifier to precisely control the temperature of the dry air. The most common solutions of this type are used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industry.
